Applicant Criteria

  • You must be the homeowner and use your home as your primary residence.

  • You must be living on a low or very low income (80% of the Annual Median Income <AMI>, adjusted for family size,) as published by HUD guidelines.

  • You must be current on the home's property taxes or possess an official agreement with the Brazos County Tax Office for delinquent taxes.

  • You must be 62+ years old; have served in the military (or spouse of a military veteran); or disabled.

Rebuilding Together is a nationwide non-profit organization established in 1988. 
We are the Bryan/College Station affiliate serving homeowners across Brazos County.
